My name is Dr. Nicole Inglis and I am pleased to be offering gynaecological services to the women of Port Macquarie and surrounds starting from 28 February 2023
I have had an eclectic path to medicine! I started out life as a Health Physicist and also spent time as a research chemist as I hold two Applied Science degrees one in Physics and one in Chemistry. I graduated medicine at Australian National University in 2007 with the distinction of birthing my own twins in my final year of study!
After over a decade in medicine with also experience in emergency medicine, general practice and paediatrics and neonatology I became a FRANZCOG. I am also currently working towards a DDU as I love the marriage of physics and diagnostic ultrasound! I also hold a graduate certificate in Reproductive Medicine from UNSW which again indulges my love of science and gynaecology.
I enjoy all aspects of women’s health and my experience in general practice means I understand the importance of considering all aspects of patient health when consulting on gynaecological issues.
While I am a generalist and enjoy all aspects of gynaecology: my interests are colposcopy and vulvoscopy (am a member of the AVS) and vulval skin conditions, adolescent gynaecology, menopause management, vaginal surgery and infertility.
