We hope that your stay at Port Macquarie Private Hospital has been comfortable and you are making a good recovery. We welcome compliments and feedback relating to your stay with us and we encourage all patients to complete the feedback form provided to all patients on admission (or alternatively, are available at ward reception). Completing this form enables us to evaluate and improve the services provided to our patients and visitors.

These questionnaires are anonymous, however, if you wish to write a specific and/or signed letter, your points will be acknowledged and dealt with appropriately.

We encourage you to discuss any concerns prior to discharge so that we can address your problem and make your stay more satisfactory. If you are concerned about your care or the Hospital’s services please discuss with the Nurse Unit Manager on the ward, Director of Clinical Services or the Chief Executive Officer. After hours please contact the Hospital Supervisor. Complaints can be received by writing a letter, by telephone, in person or through our survey system.
